Art. 1. Object

The purpose of these General Conditions of Sale is to define, exclusively because of the relationships that the Parties establish on the internet, their respective rights and obligations arising from the online sale of items offered on the La Compagnie du porte-baguette website. • Accepter les Conditions Conditions Générales de Vente et choisir la méthode du paiement L’utilisateur est informé et accepte que la saisie de ces deux identifiants pour accéder à son compte client vaut preuve de son identité et confirme son consentement.
Une fois l’utilisateur identifié, il devra valider l’adresse de livraison, un récapitulatif de commande apparaîtra alors à l’écran, précisant : la nature, la quantité et le prix des articles choisis, ainsi que le montant des frais de livraison, le total de la commande, les coordonnées de l’utilisateur et l’adresse de livraison.

Art.4.3 Validation définitive de la commande
Après avoir pris connaissance du détail de sa commande, et une fois que l’ensemble des infor- mations demandées aura été complété par l’utilisateur, ce dernier pourra cliquer sur « Payer la commande » afin de confirmer définitivement sa commande.
Dans le cas d’un règlement par carte bancaire, l’utilisateur devra alors renseigner certaines infor- mations relatives à la carte bancaire utilisée :

  • Le nom du titulaire de la carte bancaire

  • Le numéro de carte bancaire

  • La date d’expiration de celle-ci

  • Son numéro cryptogramme

    Il est précisé qu’avec un règlement immédiat par carte bancaire, moyen de paiement proposé par La compagnie du porte-baguette sur son site internet, l’utilisateur effectuera son paiement via le site de porte-baguette utilisant le système PayPal. La Compagnie du porte-baguette fait l’objet d’une sécurisation par cryptage S.S.L. signé par l’organisme Really Simple Plugins B.V. de manière à protéger le plus efficacement possible toutes les données liées aux moyens de paiement.     Après validation de la commande, le client recevra par courriel une confirmation de commande détaillant les articles et les détails de livraison. Un bon de livraison reprenant ces informations sera également joint au colis.

    Art.4.4 Confirmation de la commande
    Lorsqu’il aura validé son paiement par carte bancaire (avec la fourniture de son numéro de carte, de la date d’expiration et du cryptogramme) ou Paypal, un récapitulatif de la commande sera en- voyé au client par courriel et/ou par courrier postal, à la réception du bon de commande, à l’adresse indiquée par ses soins au moment de la commande. Art. 5. Payment
